Package returned to sender?
It is VITAL you include your FULL correct address when filling out shipping information. EarthAngelOnline is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses submitted.
If the address mistake was before the customer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to correct it by contacting EarthAngelOnline. You have 48 hrs to reach out, otherwise, there’s no further action can be taken to resolve the issue.
